                          THE STORY&THE TEAM
In 2003 I was approached by two close friends: Hooper Inman and GG Morgan.  They wanted to start a heavy Equipment Auction Company. They asked that I come on board to handle the day to day operations. I had experience in heavy equipment and had attended many auctions as a child growing up on a farm in West  Tennessee.That was the extent of my auction knowledge . I attended the best auction
school in the country ( more on that later ) and the rest is history. That was the start of Nashville West Auctioneers. As time went along and things happened; I assumed complete ownership of the company in May 2007.I predict many good things for this company not only for heavy equipment auctions; but in the auction industry as a whole. I would like to thank the team for there outstanding help and support over the past four years and look forward to working with them many more you guys are the BEST!

                                                          
                          Wendell Hanson CAI, AARE
Wendell is the owner of the auction school I referred to above. Nashville Auction School and its staff are the greatest. Additionally, Mr. Hanson is the owner and operator of Hanson Realty and Auction Company, in Tullahoma Tennessee. When I first attended the school to obtain my Gallery License - Wendell told me I would be returning to become an auctioneer. Without much surprise, I discovered; he was right. Wendell has been my mentor and my friend. I proudly served my auctioneer apprenticeship with his firm. 

                                                        
                             Melanie Eifling Auctioneer, Realtor
Melanie and I were seated next to each other in the “famous” Nashville Auction School in 2004. I told you there was way more to the story of Auction School. We were rarely separated following our education and were married in May 2006. Of course we were married by an auctioneer, Col. Rev. Don Worrell. Our ceremony officially witnessed by the Tennessee Auction Commissioner, Col. Bobby Colson. Melanie has been my right hand since we met. She puts in countless hours and endless work to help put our sales together. Melanie is a Auctioneer and Affiliate Broker with Bill Colson Reality And Auction Company in Nashville Tennessee.

                                                                 
                                               Rhesa Orr , Clerk
Rhesa is the executive director of the Nashville Auction School. Rhesa Orr was a born clerk, starting in her Father's auction busniess. She is the best clerk in the business!!!!!!!!!
